Rose of Sharon DeVos
Marketing & Procurement Manager
Rose of Sharon DeVos joined Stainless Sales in 2009. Before then, she’d been serving a wide range of steel-industry customers with tool steels, high-speed steels and high–nickel alloy long products since 2000. At Stainless Sales Corporation, she is responsible for procurement and marketing. She is also the WBE representative for our owner.
For procurement, she oversees steel purchasing and inventory management with the aim of increasing inventory turns, buying appropriate inventory, sourcing new mills and enhancing process efficiency.
For marketing, Rose of Sharon develops and executes the marketing plan, including website design, trade show organization, and print and e-mail campaigns, all with clear, measureable ROI programs. She also has responsibility for ensuring high-quality quotes on annual packages worth over $250,000 and developing national accounts that bridge multiple states and other high-value new accounts.
As the company owner’s WBE Representative, she frequently attends events aimed at connecting certified woman-owned businesses with corporations. She is often the first contact with supplier-diversity managers in support of Stainless Sales Corporation’s owner, Marilyn Kutzen, who focuses mainly on company operations.
Dennis Spitz
Midwest Regional Sales Manager

Dennis Spitz is the Midwest regional manager for Stainless Sales Corporation. In this role, he oversees all aspects of sales and new business development for North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Michigan and Ohio (north of I70). His responsibilities also include managing inventory and pricing to support current customers.
Dennis has been in sales for more than 30 years, and he is familiar with the steel industry. Before joining Stainless Sales in 2006, he spent 29 years with Precision Steel Warehouse, where he held sales positions ranging from inside sales to sales manager, which taught him the importance of teamwork and networking.
He also served on the Precision Metalforming Association Chicago District Board from 2004–2010. He was the district chairman in 2006 and 2007 as well. In 2005, Dennis facilitated the “State of the Metal Industry” meeting at the PMA National Meeting.
Dennis’ varied background in sales and sales management has provided the perfect foundation for his current position as Midwest regional manager.
Sharon Newell

Sharon Newell has been a Stainless Sales Corporation team member since May 1986 and an outside sales representative since January 1988. Before completing her marketing/management degree from Indiana University, she spent five years as a metallurgical lab clerk for the now defunct US Steel Tubing Specialties in Gary, IN.
Having grown up near the steel mills of northwest Indiana, she is passionate about the steel industry. Both her and her husband’s families came to the area for steel-related careers.
Over a 10-year period, Sharon also held Chicago, Midwest Regional and National Board of Director positions with the Association of Women in the Metal Industries (AWMI).
Yolanda Allen-Moka

Yolanda began her career in 1998 as an inside sales representative at Alstrip, a subsidiary of Allegheny Ludlum, where she sold precision stainless steel strip.
She joined Stainless Sales Corporation as an inside sales representative in June 2003. After learning a great deal more about stainless steel including its grades, properties and diverse applications, she was promoted to Southwest field sales representative in fall 2009.
She continues to enjoy productive relationships with both her customers and her colleagues.
John Rose

Based in Chattanooga, TN, John Rose is Stainless Sales’ representative for the Southeast. He has been with Stainless Sales for three years. He also has more than 16 years of experience in the steel industry.
John takes great pride in delivering quality products that meet customers’ specifications and shipping-date requirements. As a result, he has developed many long-term customer relationships.

Jack Gallan

A 23-year veteran of the metal industry, Jack Gallan has been with Stainless Sales Corporation since 1993. As an outside sales representative during the last 12 years, he had been attending to Stainless Sales customers in Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin. He now serves businesses in Colorado, Utah, Idaho and Montana.
Jack and his wife, Diane, recently celebrated their silver wedding anniversary. They have two sons and a daughter.
When he’s not busy sharing the Stainless Sales advantage with his customers, Jack enjoys sporting events, physical activities, and spending time with friends and family.

Operating from the Philadelphia area, he serves the Northeast and mid-Atlantic territories. He is well known for providing superior customer service and earning customers’ loyalty, the keys to his success.
Joby Wood

Joby has been representing Stainless Sales since 1995, when he entered the metal industry after graduating from Vanderbilt University. He works with Frank Braun, who has been with Stainless Sales for more than 30 years. Together, Joby and Frank serve customers in Oklahoma and in parts of Missouri, Arkansas and Kansas.
Joby specializes in serving the heat exchanger, refractory anchor and metal-stamping industries. In addition to stainless steel, he provides customers with carbon steel, brass, copper, nickel silver and expanded metal.
